Welcome to the Queen Abaya Help Center. Below are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our products, ordering, shipping, returns, and more.


1. What products do you offer?

We specialize in premium abayas designed with elegance, comfort, and modesty in mind. Our collection includes casual, formal, embroidered, and designer abayas for every occasion.


2. How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website by browsing products, selecting your desired size and color, and clicking “Add to Cart.” Once ready, go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.


3. Do I need to create an account to order?

No, creating an account is optional. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and view your order history.


4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available nationwide in Pakistan

  • Bank Transfers – instructions provided at checkout

  • Digital Wallets – such as JazzCash or Easypaisa (if enabled)


5. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days within Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delays may occur during peak seasons or public holidays.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. However, we are working on expanding our delivery network. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to track your parcel through the courier’s website.


8. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.


9. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customized or final sale items cannot be returned.

10. Do you offer size customization?

We currently offer standard sizes only. For custom sizing options, please contact our support team to check availability and timelines.


11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • A description of the issue
    We’ll respond promptly to resolve it.
