At Queen Abaya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on items that are:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-refundable items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or altered abayas

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
